The Parva residents’ lounge has an unusual entrance which takes you to a welcoming haven of relaxation.
We have a selection of magazines, books and tourist information to browse, a number of board games to keep you occupied, and NO television.
Serve yourself from the “honesty bar”, sink into the settees or armchairs and pass the time discussing the day’s events with other guests, and discover other places of interest to visit during your stay.
The lounge, with it’s 3ft thick walls and wood burning stove, is cool in summer and warm in winter, and can be used at any time during your visit.
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs into this room as long as there are no objections from other guests. (our own dog Frodo, a border terrier cross, wanders around freely and can keep them company)
Enjoy a drink in the front garden or on the river bank on warm evenings.
